Pennine Land is a property development company that specialises in uniting the private and public sectors to support the regeneration of Rochdale Borough.
We were established in 2005 as the development arm of Rochdale Development Agency and enjoy the support of Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council. The company marries the resources and expertise of the private sector with the public sector, often through joint venture arrangements. The company is led by a high profile board and a dedicated senior team with considerable experience of delivering successful commercial developments across the North West.
Our objective is to bring forward key commercial and industrial development projects in the borough of Rochdale. These projects will contribute to economic regeneration in the area, by delivering appropriate business accommodation and encouraging job creation. Unlike other development companies, all of Pennine Land's profits are re-invested in the ongoing regeneration of the borough.
